Corporate programmes

As standard programmes we offer:

An introductory seminar. This is designed to fit in with an organisation’s wellbeing programme, perhaps during a lunch time or after work. In an hour, we illustrate how to think about money to create happiness and wellbeing, and give a guide to planning and resources for individuals to retain. Together with resources to be placed on your intranet, it can be used as a “stand-alone” plan to create a healthier, happier life.

Workshops lasting half a day or one day (also available as two half days, or as a series of seven one hour sessions over two months) on financial wellbeing. This covers important elements such as creating wellbeing (using the well validated PERMAH model), values,  goal setting, change, decision making, deferring gratification and changing habits. Workshops are  interactive, using practical exercises and being guided by the requirements of the participants on the emphasis put on different elements.

Interactive group workshops on other related topics can also be developed depending on the needs of the workforce. Examples of workshops designed for particular situations include handling debt, principles of investing and basic finance and insurance.
