Psychology for All Conference

Kim is running a workshop at the Psychology for All Conference on Saturday 14th March 2009. The event is intended to inform members of the public about various aspects of psychology and over 500 people are expected to attend.

It features comedienne Ruby Wax on her 'search for someone to blame' (or How Ruby Found Psychology).

Kim’s session is entitled “What do you want (if you don’t want money)”. It is about why we often mishandle money (typified by being a “shopaholic”), how we can understand our money habits and behaviours better, and how we can use that understanding to talk to our “significant other”.

When: 14 March 2009, 10 am - 5 pm

Where: University of Westminster, 35 Marylebone Road, London NW1 5LS (nearest tube Baker Street)

Entry: Students £15; non-students £20 (minimum age 16; under 18s must be accompanied by a responsible adult)

For tickets: contact Amanda Rose (tel: 020 8744 1803; Psychology4all@bps.org.uk).
